Payment Terms
For Period of Stay between
1st April 2011 and 30th September 2011: 25% of the entire plan
amount (non refundable) should be credited to our Bank
Account at the time of confirmation, and balance full
payment at least 10 days before the date of Check In.
For Period of Stay between
1st October 2011 and 22nd Dec 2011 & from 03rd Jan 2012 to
31st March 2012: 25% of the entire plan amount (non
refundable) should be credited to our Bank Account at the
time of confirmation, and balance full payment at least 21
days before the date of Check In.
For Period of Stay between
23rd Dec 2011 to 02nd Jan 2012: 100% of the entire plan
amount including Gala Dinner (Non refundable) should be
credited to our Bank Account at the time of confirmation.
Note:-
Booking will only be confirmed if the above payment terms
are strictly adhered to.
Standard Cancellation Policy
For Period of Stay between 1st
April 2011 and 30th September 2011
Confirmed booking if
cancelled within 7 to 10 days from the date of Check In, then,
one night Retention of the entire plan amount shall be
charged.
Confirmed booking if
cancelled within 3 to 7 days from the date of Check In, then,
50% Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
Confirmed booking if
cancelled with in 3 days from the date of Check In, then, 100%
Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
No show will attract 100%
retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be
entertained.
Checking out of the
resort due to any reason without utilizing the total number of
booked nights shall attract 100% retention of the entire
amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained.
For Period of Stay between 1st October 2011and 22nd December
2011 & between 3rd January 2012 and 31st March 2012.
Confirmed booking if
cancelled within 20 days from the date of Check In, then, one
night Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
Confirmed booking if
cancelled within 10 days from the date of Check In, then, 50%
Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
Confirmed booking if
cancelled with in 5 days from the date of Check In, then, 100%
Retention of the entire plan amount shall be charged.
No show will attract 100%
retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be
entertained.
Checking out of the
resort due to any reason without utilizing the total number of
booked nights shall attract 100% retention of the entire
amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained.
For Period of Stay between 23rd December 2011 and 2nd January
2012
Confirmed booking if
cancelled then, 100% Retention of the entire plan amount shall
be charged.
No show will attract 100%
retention of the entire amount as per plan & no refund will be
entertained.
Checking out of the
resort due to any reason without utilizing the total number of
booked nights shall attract 100% retention of the entire
amount as per plan & no refund will be entertained.
Note
For the BEST AVAILABLE RATE (BAR) of the day, the
cancellation policy will be different and shall be
specified / informed at the time when such rates are
offered. Therefore, the standard cancellation policy as
above will not apply to the BEST AVAILABLE RATE (BAR)of
the day.

reservation form does not guarantee confirmation of rooms.
We will
confirm your booking by email / written confirmation.
Rooms will be
confirmed on subject to availability basis only.
All payments
to be made in INR.
